2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced pork
1/4 cup shelled shrimps
3-4 pieces sayote, peeled and cut into strips
1 cup shrimp juice or water
salt and pepper to taste
In a skillet, heat oil then saute garlic, onions and tomatoes. When tender, add pork and cook until browned. Add shrimps, sayote and sayote juice. Bring to a boil then simmer until done. Season to taste.
