1 2/3 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
confectioner’s sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degree F
Mix Flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt with a fork in an ungreased 8-inch square pan. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the confectioners’ sugar. Mix well. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Dust top with confectioners’ sugar.
