Featured Mom Recipe: Bonchon Soy Garlic Chicken Recipe

If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know that I’m a Kdrama Addict and of course, Korean food fan. I’ve posted so many Korean dishes on the blog and missed posting Korean Chicken. Though not as popular as Chap Chae or Samgyupsal, the influx of Korean restaurants has brought this simple chicken dish to the limelight. I love this Korean soy garlic chicken recipe, especially when partnered with Bonchon’s chapchae.

So I used to do this food interviews before, and I met this lady (from one of my food groups) who made amazing Bonchon Chicken. THis was the time when food groups were a bit small and we actually knew each other and we shared our recipes to each other. Time really flew, as that was 5 years ago!  I was checking if the links are still working and was happy to find out that her Gourmet Tuyo and Adobo flakes business is still going on strong.
