3 pieces cucumber
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
Peel and slice cucumber thinly. Combine salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Add to cucumber. Chill for a few minutes before serving.
